Payment Processing Analyst

Tasks and Responsibilities:
? Assist customers in resolving issues when the system does not increase their
account balance, and utilize the system to check deposit details and system order
numbers.
Complete deposit reports to ensure accurate recording of deposit information.Provide customers with deposit order numbers and details when they request
withdrawal information through the system.
? Address situations where customers experience extended wait times for
withdrawals by using the system to investigate.
Ensure accurate and error-free handover of tasks.Report work progress to supervisors promptly.Assist colleagues in problem-solving to ensure smooth team operations.
Job Qualification
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for backgrounds in finance,
accounting, or related fields.
2. Proficient in computer operations.
3. Demonstrates a high level of enthusiasm and responsibility for the job.
4. Ability to accurately understand customer inquiries and provide appropriate
solutions.
5. Preference for candidates with a background in finance or accounting.
6. Punctual attendance and strong professional ethics.
7. Diligent, responsible, and passionate about work. Must be willing to work in
shifting schedules
