The Patient Correspondence Associate is an overall interdepartmental liaison to a tertiary hospital based in Thailand. This role will provide pre-arrangement services, appointments, and general hospital services to individual patients and relatives. This role will also cater to foreign clients seeking medical treatment overseas.
Duties and Responsibilities: Arrange appointments and general hospital services. This includes liaising with doctors, nurses, and related departments necessary for the client's treatment.Provide accurate information regarding hospital services via emailService delivery to include initial medical history taking and coordination of refer-in services to different departmentsExpected to participate in process improvement, problem analysis, and solution implementation.Participate in employee engagement activitiesQualifications: Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Allied-health profession (Midwife, PT, Pharmacy, Psychology, etc.)At least 6 months of clinical experienceExcellent English communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPointAdept in working with dual screens and with general computer literacyAmenable to working in shifting scheduleAmenable to reporting onsite (Makati) during training and transition periodPreferably residing within Metro Manila or willing to travel to MakatiThe Salary Package starts at 20k depending on the candidate's qualifications and relevant work experience.
