Pastry Cook

Job Description:Ensuring an appropriate supply of all prepared products as well as proper storage and refrigeration.Cleaning, dismantling, and storing all baking equipment, including: ovens, mixers, proofer, floors, freezer, and refrigerators.Preparing, baking, and producing pastries, breads, rolls, and desserts.Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment; use equipment and tools only as intended, properly and safelyMaintain and strictly abide by state sanitation/health regulations.Job Qualifications:Associate degree in baking and pastry arts, or similar preferred.At least 1 year of experience as a Pastry Cook, Baker, or similar.Flexibility to work on shifting schedule, weekends, and HolidaysCan start ASAPLocation: Evangelista ave., Brgy.
