Pastry Chef

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for management of cold kitchen (i.e., preparations of breads, dressings, pastries, cakes, etc.)
• Hiring and manpower scheduling of bakers
• Approval and requisition of cold kitchen ingredients
• Cleanliness of cold kitchen
• Care and maintenance of cold kitchen equipment
• Recipe testing and development
• Assisting Executive Chef with menu creation

QUALIFICATIONS:
• A minimum of three years' expertise creating pastries, cakes, breads, and other delicacies.
• Knowledgeable in recipe costing and menu development.
• Must be a resident of El Nido or willing to be assigned in El Nido, Palawan
• Can start ASAP
