Parts Man/Expediter/Driver

Summary of Job Description:Responsible for the receiving, and releasing, monitoring, and maintenance of warehouse stock parts.Receiving of delivered parts with proper documentation and quality check.Proper binning of received parts based on the 7 storage techniques.Picking and allocating of all parts allotted for Counter and customers.Issuance of parts to counter Salesman and salesman with proper documentation and invoice references.Monitor fast moving stock and inform ordering section for parts with critical and over stocks.Orderly filing of all Parts Warehouse documents. Picking Slip (with proper signature of issuer and receiver, and receiving reports, Parts Estimate Slip, Parts Sales Invoice, Gate Passes, all in series).Conduct daily perpetual inventory.Prepare and submit reports of inventory discrepancies, damaged parts, and mispackaged parts.Maintenance of 5s.Adhere company procedures and policies.Deliver/Pick - up to and from dealer to general distributor.Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports.Has experience in driving both manual and automatic vehicles.Has a valid driver's license.Follow instruction assigned by immediate supervisor.Responsibilities:Parts Receiving/Issuance/Releasing.Parts Warehouse Maintenance.Record/Data Maintenance.Secure and protect all company property within the vicinity.JOB SPECIFICATIONEducational Requirement- Bachelor's degree in any related course/field.Job Related Experience- At least two years relevant work experience, with training and technical knowledge required, as well as basic knowledge and skills in warehousing (receiving and binning parts).Skills and Competencies:Coordinating and negotiating skills.Good communication skills.Customer Service Competence.Interpersonal skillsProfessional Driver's License Restriction 1 & 2.
