**MAIN RESPONSIBILITY**:
The Parts Analyst supervises the stocking and distribution of a large volume and variety of automotive parts.
Responsible for inventory accountability, maintaining a perpetual inventory records system in support of the Service & Parts Manager.
Monitor the work performance of the Parts Admin.
Staff.
Ensure smooth flow of operation through quality service and on-time completion of job.

**KEY TASK**
1.
Supervises the maintenance of a perpetual inventory records system and recommends changes and improvements as appropriate.
2.
Supervises the stocking, recording and distribution of a large volume of replacement parts for request of department concern.
3.
Interacts with Service Supervisor in coordinating the parts and supplies processes for the automotive service repair centers.
4.
Develops and prepares written and oral audits, status reports, and part reports analysis;
5.
Coordinate with drivers dispatch for the receipt and delivery of tools, parts from local vendors.
6.
Provides for the addition of stock items and removal of obsolete parts.
7.
Expedites the delivery of critically needed items.

Demonstrates continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline
9. work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality seamless customer
Service.
10.
Coordinate with Service Advisor regarding lacking/additional/cancellation of parts.
11.
Counter-checking of Issued tools for Technicians (GR/PM/BP)
12.
Encoding of parts sales invoice, parts request in Eric System
13.
Prepare Purchase order to HCPI.
14.
Preparation of Monthly inventory report
15.
Prepare recommendation for stocking and parts report
16.
Perform other related tasks that may be assigned by Department Manager from time to time.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor Degree in Automotive or any related degree
- With at least 2 years work related experience preferably in an automotive industry
- Patient and able to handle customer rejection
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in English
- Proven experience as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role
- Ability to arrange things or actions in a certain order or pattern according to a specific rule or set of rules (e.g., patterns of numbers, letters, words, pictures, mathematical operations)
- Computer Literate
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dasmariñas, Cavite: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Automotive Parts Analyst/Supervisor: 5 years (required)
