Exxel Prime Int'l Trading Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic Partnership Officer to drive and manage strategic partnerships that enhance our brands, ORO and OMG. As a Partnership Officer, you will identify, establish, and nurture relationships with retail, e-commerce, and other relevant business partners to expand our market reach and strengthen our brand presence. You'll work closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure partnerships align with company goals and deliver maximum value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential partners, including retail chains, online platforms, and influencers, to promote ORO socks, stockings, and OMG cosmetics.
- Develop and pitch partnership proposals, ensuring they align with company objectives and provide mutual benefits.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners to foster loyalty and maximize partnership potential.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design joint promotional campaigns, events, and other initiatives that enhance brand visibility.
- Track and analyze partnership performance, providing regular reports and insights to optimize future strategies.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for strategic partnerships.
- Negotiate terms and agreements that are favorable to both parties, ensuring clear communication and alignment on expectations.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a similar role, preferably in retail or e-commerce.
- Networking Skills: Strong networking abilities and experience building and managing B2B or B2C relationships.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for pitching and negotiating partnerships.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze partnership performance metrics, assess ROI, and make data-driven decisions.
