Job Summary: The Partnership Specialist will source, recruit, process, and maintain service providers/contractors that will partner with RLC Residences for business, catering to the service needs of the unit owners/residents; ensuring the best client/customer service provision within the business unit.
Duties and Responsibilities: Recruit service providers for the new businesses of RLC Residences.Develop and implement programs to retain service providers and to ensure the quality of service provided.Implement business reviews across service providers to help improve and strengthen partnership.Manage and negotiate contracts with service providers.Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree graduate (Management/Business/Communications or any related field)Has skills in negotiation, account management, and presentationWith at least 4 years relevant work experience (in account/business partner management)Is sociable, collaborative, influential, and has a strategic mindsetIs willing to work onsite (Ortigas, Pasig)
