assisting with Employer restructures and pricing promotions
Ultimately, the role ensures all daily administrative needs are met and administrative tasks are offloaded from the Partnership Mangers and Partnership Coordinator, enabling them to focus on and drive membership growth.
Qualifications And Requirements
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Administration & reporting
Run reports and complete reports as required
Assist with the distribution, review and follow up of marketing and mailchimp campaigns
Assist with the preparation of data and facilities required for on-site events and marketing
Assist with the managing of the Contract Register
Assist with projects such as price increases and employer restructures (MOG changes)
Ensure all client information is kept up to date within the company's systems including contractual information, locations, contacts and employee numbers information
Ensure key processes are identified and documented
Data mine for new contacts within Employers as requested
Support the Partnership Team with administration tasks as requested
Database Management
Update the Fitness Passport Portal
Update Freshsales with key information e.g.
campaigns, meetings, new contacts and new workplace facilitators
Assign tickets in Freshdesk to the Partnership owner
Run reports from each of the three databases
Learn the systems and suggest process enhancements and automations
Supporting Teammates
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to meet overall business objectives.
Work closely with the Partnership Managers and Partnership Coordinator to ensure Employer Facilitators are supported while in partnership with Fitness Passport to maximise new member growth
Work on other projects as requested by the General Manager, Business Development
Assist with marketing requests when appropriate
Assist with the overflow of work from the Sales Assistant team as required

**Experience**:
Experience in a similar administration and customer support role.
Experience with MS Office Suite and Adobe
Reporting and simple data analysis
Previous experience and accountability for reviewing marketing briefs and materials for successful campaigns (desirable)
Experience with CRM database would be highly desirable (but not mandatory).
Experience with Mailchimp would be highly desirable (but not mandatory).
