**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Expand the Philippine Consulting Business
- Work with CFO and Controller clients in resolving issues relating to Accounting & Finance; Specifically, matters involving IFRS, M&A, other strategic corporate finance and accounting issues

**JOB QUALIFICATION**
- Strict Requirement: Has held senior posts from the PH's biggest Audit & Consulting Firms (At least a Director to Partner)
- Proven consulting capability
- People management experience
- Highly skilled in Business Development
- Graduate of a four-year course in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management
