What You'll Do As a Part-Time Marketing Communications Specialist at Sozoroad, you will be a vital part of our marketing team, responsible for crafting compelling marketing communication content that echoes our brand message across multiple platforms. Additionally, you will be working on internal and external communications that enhance Sozoroad's brand presence, build client trust, and drive business growth. Your work will directly support the company's marketing strategies and help to drive business growth. Excellent copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences in various channels (i.e., blog articles, press releases, newsletters, and social media posts). Develop persuasive copy for marketing campaigns, advertisements, and promotional materials to engage prospective clients and partners. Partner with teams across marketing, sales, and operations to ensure that internal messaging aligns with external communications and that all departments are informed of key marketing initiatives. Support internal events, such as team meetings and corporate presentations, by creating content that promotes a positive and cohesive team culture. Support internal communications by creating presentations, newsletters, and updates to keep teams informed of marketing initiatives. Ensure all content aligns with Sozoroad's voice, brand identity, and positioning within the real estate industry. Optimize content for SEO, conduct keyword research, and monitor performance metrics to drive engagement and conversions. Coordinate multiple content projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor strategies, and client needs to inform content creation and improve marketing efforts.
