About the Client: A seasoned real estate agent with 18 years of experience and a newly acquired managing broker's license, is seeking a creative and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant (VA) to manage her website, CRM (KV Core), marketing efforts, and social media presence. The ideal candidate should have real estate industry knowledge, experience in creating engaging marketing content, managing CRM systems, and handling various administrative tasks in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
Website & CRM Management:Maintain and update the client database within KV Core CRMSet up automations and follow-up sequences in the CRMAssist with website updates and content managementMarketing & Content Creation:Develop creative marketing materials, including flyers, social media posts, and video contentDesign and edit short-form content such as Instagram reels and YouTube videosManage email campaigns and ensure timely scheduling and distributionSocial Media & Client Engagement:Oversee social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.), posting engaging content regularlyAssist with Google Business profile management and reputation management, including gathering reviewsCreate and manage client appreciation events (e.g., attendance, RSVP, follow-up)Administrative Support:Manage email inbox, ensuring timely responses to client inquiriesSupport daily operations, including document management and schedulingAssist in lead generation and marketing for potential buyers and sellers Desired Qualifications: Tech-Savvy: Ability to quickly learn and utilize CRM systems (experience with KV Core or similar platforms is a plus)Real Estate Experience: Familiarity with real estate terminology and processes (buyer/seller, listing, lead generation)Creative Marketing: Experience creating compelling and creative marketing materials, including social media posts, video editing, and email marketingStrong Organizational Skills: Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentAdaptability: Comfortable with time-sensitive tasks and quick turnaroundsCommunication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, with a professional yet friendly demeanor.
