Job Title: ESL TEACHERJob Type: Part-TimeFull Job Description:Kredo Japan is looking for a part-time ESL Teacher who has experience to teach in any of the following: General English, Business English, TOEIC, TOEFL, Duolingo and IELTS. After submitting your application, completing the interviews and demo teaching stage, you will be considered for future part-time and/or on-call teaching opportunities on a per schedule basis. Please note that hours may vary week to week based on scheduling needs.Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:Establish and maintain environment conducive to student learning.He/she will be assigned to several classes to be determined and assigned by the Employer, teaching ESL classes through one of the curriculum offered by the companyPrepare for and instruct assigned course(s) through the use of appropriate learning experiences and materials which provide the opportunity to meet overall course objectives and program goals.Adhere to course syllabus and comply with Assessment of Student Academic Achievement.Maintain levels of professional knowledge and expertise, including compliance training.Minimum Qualifications:Excellent Communication skillsPreferably with teaching experience in IELTS or with experience taking English proficiency exams with minimum scores as follows:TOEFL: 100IELTS Overall Band Score: 7.0TOEIC: 900Duolingo: 120Must have own work-from-home equipmentStable internet connection with backup in case of downtimeGood working environment ideal for meetingsCompetent in the use of the following virtual platforms: Zoom and/or Google MeetBroad overall knowledge and experience in the use of computer, audio, and video technologiesGeneral Hours of Availability:Night class - 6:20 pm to 9:20 pm PHTWeekends - 9:00 am to 5:50 pm PHTCompensation:Php 147 / classAbout Us:Kredo Japan is an IT x English company with an innovative and engaging educational business that is changing education in Japan and the world.
