Job Summary

We are searching for an Email Marketing Specialist with the expertise to create impactful email campaigns that yield the desired results.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving lead generation, customer interaction, conversion rates, and overall sales through strategic marketing initiatives.
This role requires a deep understanding of marketing automation platforms, campaign management, and data analysis.
You will primarily work with the marketing team. You may also collaborate with cross-functional teams to create marketing campaigns that are consistent with the company's branding and overall objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communication, Social Science, or any similar studies
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience
• Enthusiastic learner who provides feedback and welcomes feedback
• Ability to grasp market requirements
• Creative, resourceful, and detail-oriented
• Excellent writing and research skills
• Good design and aesthetic sense
• Experience in creating engaging content for email marketing and social media platforms
• Understanding of CRM and marketing automation
• Proficient in research and data analysis
• Knowledgeable in SEO and digital marketing practices
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS is a plus
• Experience with A/B testing
