Parking Marshal

SPECIFICATIONS OF RESPONSIBILITIES

- Assist parkers upon entering the site to maintain an efficient traffic flow
- Ensure visibility within the parking area to protect and prevent possible violent/illegal activities and damage to properties.
- Maintain an updated and periodic checklist when roving around the carpark site.
- Checking of the carpark conditions safety hazards, equipments completeness and conditions, and possible violation of carpark rules and regulation such as but not limited to illegally parked vehicles and the likes.
- Any found violations and safety threats must be documented and reported immediately.
- Provide incident reports of any occurred incidents and secured copy from security manager as requested by the clients.
- Attend and assist immediately to any vehicle collision and document it accordingly.
- Assist Parking Cashier/ Lead Cashier when parkers declared a lost /damage ticket. Secure all needed documents to verify lawful ownership of the vehicle from the parker.

OTHERS

- Ensure to report at work on time and on complete prescribe uniform.
- Conduct carpark inventory before and after duty
- Ensure to safely keep the service bicycle every after duty.
- Observe strictly minimum safety health protocol when in duty and Maintain harmonious relationship with collegues and clients. Other task that maybe assigned from time to time.
