Park Officer

Job Responsibilities: Overseeing day-to-day park and office operations, including sales and marketing, construction and development, expansion and new business initiatives, profitability, and park operations. Maintaining the memorial life cycle timelines. Sales: Establishing the available CIRs to set specific sales revenue targets and sales volume goals. Development: Outlining project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines for each phase of the development cycle. Park Operations: Determining operational goals, maintenance schedules, and operational clearance for interment services. Regularly meeting with representatives from sales, collections, development, and park operations to ensure alignment and address any issues. Coordinating with Business Development for new business and project expansions. Handling crisis management when necessary. Job Qualifications: Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business Management, Real Estate Management, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience is required for this position. Proven experience in a managerial role, handling multiple projects. Excellent communication, delegation, and people management skills. Ability to develop and achieve financial plans. In-depth experience in operational procedures. Experience in dealing with government and private agencies. Strong focus on total business operations to achieve targets. Must possess strong leadership qualities. Must be customer service-oriented, attentive to details, and highly analytical. Ability to work under pressure. Must be able to start ASAP. Benefits: Leave credits. Group Life Insurance. HMO. Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month

Schedule: 8 hour shift. Supplemental Pay: 13th month salary. Bonus pay. Performance bonus. Yearly bonus. Ability to commute/relocate: Kidapawan City, Cotabato: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required). Education: Bachelor's (Required). Experience: Operations: 3 years (Required).
