Paralegal Specialist

Responsibilities: Draft legal documents such as pleadings, contracts, briefs, and discovery materials.Conduct thorough legal research to support cases, including statutes, regulations, and case law.Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all documents are filed correctly and deadlines are met.Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, including organizing exhibits and preparing trial notebooks.Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree: Preferably in Legal Management, Political Science, or a related field.Writing Skills: Strong legal writing abilities to draft and edit documents.Work Experience: Relevant experience in a law firm or legal department is often preferred but not always required for entry-level positions.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
