Paralegal - Makati

WORK LOCATION: Makati City
WOR SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday
SALARY RANGE: ?30,000 - ?42,000

- Took up Law and Legal Management
- Preferably with 2-3 years of experience in Legal Department
- Must have strong IT skills in MS Office, with good attention to detail, methodical and highly organized
- Ability to keep confidential information is a must.
- Preferred to obtain some legal background

- Responsible for the timely, accurate and efficient management of both corporate documents (Board Resolution, Secretary's Cert and the like) and the corporate manual (Integrated Management System), ensuring that control, management and traceability are maintained.
- Implement and maintain document control processes and procedures
- Reports to the Head of Legal and Compliance, and is expected to closely interact with all employees on matters pertaining to the Corporate Integrated Management System (IMS)
