Paralegal

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
The Paralegal support the Corporate Lawyer/s by providing research, interviews, administrative and other inputs to them on the legal issues and cases being addressed.
S/he ensures that contracts and legal cases are precise and well documented, easily accessible for internal partners/lawyers as needed, by drafting documents, and organizing files, calling on legal witnesses or case resource persons, maintaining a legal library among other roles.
**Qualifications**:

- At least 3-5 years' experience as Legal Assistant, paralegal, or similar roles
- Exposure to working in a corporate setting, in construction and realty business an advantage
- Experienced interacting with and addressing issues relevant to the Philippine legal system and other aspects of the legal profession
- Willing to work at QC based Office

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Paralegal: 3 years (preferred)
