Paralegal

Major Responsibilities:

- Conduct research on matters related to Legal and Compliance.
- Assist in the facilitation of compliance orientation.
- Draft basic and general corporate documents.
- Initiate, file, and monitor regular corporate reporting such as general information sheets and renewal of licenses and authorities.
- Assist in the preparation of pleadings and other legal documents for cases and projects being handled by the Team.
Qualification:

- Preferably with 3-5 years' experience as a Paralegal in a law firm.
- No relative in affinity or consanguinity within 4th degree in any companies under PTC.
