Paralegal 1Minimum Qualification:• Preferably with 3-5 years experience as a Paralegal in a law firm.• No relative in by affinity or consanguinity within 4th degree in any companies under PTC.Major Responsibilities:• Conduct research on matters related to Legal and Compliance;• Assist in the facilitation of compliance orientation;• Initiate, file, and monitor regular corporate reporting such as general information sheet andrenewal of licenses and authorities;• Assist in the preparation of pleadings and other legal documents for cases and projects beinghandled by the Team;• Liaise, collaborate and communicate successfully with other entities outside of the Organization;• Other duties that may be assigned from time to time.KPI:• Completion of research within the specified given period.• Facilitation of regular compliance orientation.• Submission of complete and accurate documents for case handling.
