Job Description:

Troubleshoot customer/patient issues related to healthcare products.
Handle inquiries, complete order fulfillment, and provide information to customers and accounts.

Engage in both inbound and outbound call work as assigned.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of call center experience.
Education: Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
Language: N1 certification (for non-natives).
Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, time management, problem-solving, customer service, and adaptability to client-based tools.

Compensation:

Base Salary: 14,000 - 18,000 PHP
Language Allowance: 100,000 PHP
