Painter/Construction Painter

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Painter/Construction Painter to join our team in Subic, Zambales.
In this role, you will be responsible for assessing clients' painting needs, assisting with color selection, performing minor repairs, and applying appropriate paints and finishes.
Responsibilities:
• Assemble scaffolding and set up work areas as needed.
• Protect surfaces such as trim, floors, and furniture with masking tape and drop cloths.
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, filling holes, and sanding them for a smooth finish.
• Apply primer, sealers, and paint finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers.
• Mix and match paints, stains, and finishes to meet project specifications.
• Maintain an inventory of painting supplies and ensure tools are in good condition.
• Remove old finishes using scrapers, solvents, or blowtorches.
• Estimate time and material costs for painting projects.
• Clean equipment, tools, and work areas after project completion.
• Follow safety guidelines and health standards to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a National Certificate (NCI II) in Construction Painting
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential or commercial painting.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards related to painting.
• Willing to work in Subic, Zambales.
