• Manage ad campaigns with clear KPIs, handling bids, budgets, audiences, and targeting
settings
• Design and implement top-notch digital marketing strategies that maximize performance.
• Creation of the marketing activity plan in line with consumer, product, distribution and
Group brand objectives and business targets
• Delivering a range of digital and offline advertising and marketing activities, including email,
SMS, event, social media and content marketing
• Fluency is required in utilizing data and analytics to track campaign performance, optimize
campaign performance and conversion in real time, and report on key performance
indicators ensuring targets are achieved.
• Development and execution of paid media strategies and tactics for websites to drive
traffic, engagement, acquisition, and top-line sales.
• Manage the execution and assist with the monitoring and measurement of marketing
campaigns.
• Ensure marketing campaigns are cost effective and adhere to the relevant budget set
• Strong understanding of branding ensures that the organization's brand and identity is
adhered to in campaigns and in all communication channels.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor best practices,
and manage monthly KPI reporting for paid media aligned with marketing plans
Skills & Qualification:
? Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing or communications role.
? Minimum of 2 years' experience defining, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing
strategies and campaigns that contribute to the bottom line, tracking return on investment
and campaign performance
? Minimum of 2 years working experience using SEO tools
? Have demonstrated experience using various marketing platforms and channels, including
but not limited to Google Analytics, social (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), web
development, digital and email marketing, Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator,
Photoshop is desirable) Amazon and Microsoft Bing
? Ability to report on campaign results.
? Have demonstrated professional networks and marketing expertise
? Understanding of digital marketing trends and emerging technologies.
? Ability to rapidly assess and resolve complicated issues independently, even with little
initial information
? Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
