We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical individual to join our Emerge team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing effective performance marketing strategies to drive business growth and maximize ROI. Additionally, you will be tasked with analyzing campaign performance data, identifying trends, and making data-driven recommendations to optimize marketing efforts. This role requires a deep understanding of various digital marketing channels, including but not limited to PPC, SEO, Data, and AI.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve business goals, such as lead generation and revenue growth.Analyze campaign performance metrics like conversion rates and cost per acquisition.Research keywords and competitors to guide paid search and SEO strategies.Collaborate with teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.Launch campaigns with the creative team and report results.Stay updated on industry trends and improve marketing practices.Oversee various campaigns on Google Ads, including Search, Shopping, Display, Video, and Discovery.Build and maintain relationships with key advertising platform partners.Coordinate with other departments as the senior point of contact for PPC-related matters.Provide regular reports on departmental KPIs.Maintain professionalism and excellent customer service during client interactions.Ensure the performance marketing team delivers high-quality results.Explore new advertising platforms for clients.Offer PPC expertise during the new client acquisition process.Collaborate closely with Sales and New Business teams for agency growth.Identify cross-selling opportunities within the agency group.Core Knowledge and Skills:Demonstrable experience in audience-first approach to campaigns, with an understanding of audience segmentation and targeting.Strong interpersonal and client-facing skills, with a focus on customer service and professionalism.Commercial acumen, including but not limited to revenue targeting, renewals, retention, and growth strategies.Previous experience and/or understanding of other paid channels, paid social, programmatic, affiliates, etc.Comfortable and confident in delivering sales pitches to a variety of clients across all industries.Qualification/Experience:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience in performance marketing, with a focus on digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other advertising platforms.Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools, such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Data Studio, Tableau, or similar BI tools.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to stakeholders at all levels.Results-oriented mindset with a track record of driving measurable business outcomes through marketing initiatives.Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads Certification, Facebook Blueprint Certification) are a plus.Adept in coordinating multiple departments and stakeholders.Confident in technical and strategic decision-making.Previous experience in client-facing roles, delivering professionalism and excellent customer service.Additional Requirements:Work from an assigned office based on a hybrid schedule in line with the other team members.Be available to travel frequently to client and new business meetings.Technical Requirements:Reliable PC or laptop (at least i5 or up).Willing to work remotely and independently.What's great in the job?We are a battle-tested creative team (and fun to work with too) that's obsessed with designing, building, automating, and optimizing high-converting and meaningful campaigns for our clients.
