Our collaborator is a luxurious hotel chain. The hotels are situated in different cities on the Spanish coast. You can get the best out of this experience learning new things and, at the same time, having fun. Positions In The Following Departments Customer Service Reception Main Tasks Customer Service: New bookings management, adding new bookings, checking arrival details Checking and updating all the customers information Customer management Organization of welcoming events Reception: Welcoming and registering guests at the hotel Being available to customers all the time as a point of contact Giving information and processing reservations for buses/trains, shows, city tours etc. Involvement in the workplace knowing the current situation of hotel occupancy, VIPs, groups and events held at the hotel Requirements German and/or English level B1 Benefits 360 euros a month Breakfast, lunch and dinner Accommodation is NOT provided Location: Marbella, Málaga Duration From April until October 2015
