Packaging Engineer- Graphic Designer

Support new product and transfer from China to Philippines.
Assigned on packaging commodity – qualification and approval of new development, localization, and supplier transfers.Linking bridge between China RD and Philippines RD on design alignment and compliance.Support new product transfers.Initiate/create modification on packaging design involving qualification of existing and new supplier samples.Support production line in solving quality issues, material shortages, and rework related to packaging.Design changes for improvements and for packaging specifications. Validate improvements and link information of design issues to design team and suppliers.Evaluate internal and external customer requests and provide a systematic approach for closure.Ability to facilitate application of engineering change requests and change orders.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field.At least 2 years of work experience.A strong portfolio of graphic software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat).Ability to work progressively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
