The role will be responsible for turning around budgets effectively and efficiently, while knowing the estimated Margins, Inclusions and Exclusions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.
Responsible for making promptly Crewing budgets based on budget assumptions.
2.
Budget review and preparation for Existing business.
3.
Turn around budget proposals (MME Section ) for existing vessels and new (where required) efficiently and effectively.
4.
Continuous monitoring and updating proposals produced for each business unit through "Budget Logbook".
5.
Ensures that submitted budget proposals are being followed up.
6.
Assists in analysing and gathering of data for the yearly Budget Assumptions preparations.
7.
Develops standard budget templates to be consistent in the distribution of information.
8.
Prepare Monthly Proposal Report and other related reports (i.e Crew Welfare Fund, AMWA, SOP)
9.
Provide meaningful and relevant analysis through strict monitoring of vessels that entered into management, monitoring vessels Manning & Mobilisation Expenses and vessel budgets.
10.
Salesforce User as required.
11.
To undertake project work as required.
Required Experience
- University graduate with Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accountancy or with relevant accounting experience.
- Good computer operating skills including excel spreadsheet experience and word processing.
- Excellent numerical skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and interact with people at all levels.
- Excellent communication (oral and written) skills.
- Methodical approach to work and a good eye for detail.
- Good organizational and planning skills.
- Fresh Graduates of accounting are highly encouraged to apply
