Responsibilities of the Executive Sales Assistant: Your responsibilities include: Lead and Opportunity ManagementLead Qualification & Follow-Up:Assess and filter leads to categorize them as either dead leads or genuine opportunities:Confirm that the lead represents an integration company in need of marketing assistanceGather key lead information: revenue, location, and company sizeTrack and prioritize opportunities based on predefined criteria, ensuring follow-up and advancement in line with monthly and quarterly targetsConfirm meetings at the start of each day and quickly respond to new leads entering the CRM, aiming to contact them within 24 hoursCall leads that are actively coming in, ensuring quick and responsive follow-up, and schedule/reschedule meetings as neededCRM Management:Follow up with leads to ensure continued engagement and move them through the sales pipelineMaintain CRM entries, ensuring lead statuses are updated regularlyTake detailed notes during calls and input them into the CRM for accurate trackingSupport scheduling internal and client meetings, ensuring optimal timing and coordinationMeeting Coordination & Follow-Up:Schedule, confirm, and reschedule meetings as neededProvide timely reminders for all parties involved to ensure punctuality and preparednessAttend meetings, take notes, and manage follow-up steps.Keep CRM updated with meeting details and subsequent action items
