Outsystems Developer

We are seeking a skilled and motivated OutSystems Developer to join our dynamic team.

As an OutSystems Developer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end development and maintenance of systems on the OutSystems platform.

Responsibilities:

1. Leads the technical delivery of end-to-end systems development and maintenance on OutSystems and other standard development platforms within the company.
2. Designs and develops high-quality web applications and systems integrations using agile methodology to align with business requirements and user experience goals.
3. Drives technical recommendations and engages in discussions that contribute to the achievement of objectives.
4. Manages business unit app support operations, overseeing continuous improvements, system performance optimizations, code peer reviews, and other initiatives related to application development, collaborating closely with business units and Corporate Information Technology.

Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's Degree Holder.
2. Possesses 2-5 years of relevant work experience in technical solution design/architecture, with expertise in OutSystems development and other web & mobile development platforms. This experience should be gained in a consulting company, telco, pharma/personal care, retail, or local conglomerate setting.
3. Demonstrates strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
4. Holds Application Development experience in OutSystems Service Studio & Integration Studio.
5. Exhibits technical skills and competency in OutSystems architecture and general solution design

Work Setup: Fully Work Onsite in Makati City
