Outbound Sales Representatives

Providing detailed information about the cybersecurity program to potential customers.
Discussing program details, curriculum, schedule, tuition fees, and career opportunities with customers.
Guiding customers through the enrollment process, including registration and payment options.
Addressing customer inquiries, concerns, objections, and financial constraints related to enrolling in the program.
Offering support, guidance, and assistance to customers in making informed decisions about enrolling in the program.
Scheduling follow-up calls to discuss enrollment options, provide additional information and assist with registration.
Emphasizing the benefits of the program, including hands-on training, certifications, and potential career advancement opportunities in the field of cybersecurity.
Sending program details, enrollment information, and additional resources via email or text for customers to review.
Encouraging customers to consider enrolling in the introductory course to gain insight into the field before committing to the full program.
Ensuring a smooth enrollment process for customers, including troubleshooting website errors, resetting passwords, and completing the registration step

Qualifications:

At least 2 years' experience in outbound sales
Experience in cold calling.
Has BPO Sales experience.
Leads generation experience is a PLUS
Excellent English communication skills.
Amenable to work onsite (Double Dragon, Pasay City)
