What Your Mission Is: Your mission as an Outbound Sales Representative at Maven Roofing is to drive revenue growth by actively seeking out and engaging with potential customers. You will be the voice of our company, responsible for generating new business opportunities, overcoming objections, and scheduling appointments. Your role is crucial in helping us expand our reach and continue delivering exceptional roofing services to our communities.
What You"ll Do: Proactively reach out to potential customers through calls, emails, and other communication channels.Present and promote our roofing services to prospects.Overcome objections and successfully scheduling appointments.Maintain and update the customer database with accurate and detailed information.Provide exceptional customer service and follow up on leads to ensure satisfaction.Achieve and exceed monthly targets and KPIs. What Qualifications you will need: Proven experience in sales, preferably in an outbound or telesales role.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong ability to handle objections and close deals.Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.Why Join Maven Roofing?
