As a Sales Manager , you will:
Onboard and train new teammates/leaders
Provide Sales Coaching to Teammates
Develop sales governance and case studies to optimize processes/tools
Create development plans and conduct training sessions to Teammates in partnership with other departments
Monitor the performance of all Sellers and identify areas of improvement
Establish and maintain a Sales Report
Attend to Client Meetings to provide sales specific observations
Design training courses, coaching sessions, and Upskill activities
Listen to calls, focus to understanding sales opportunities over process

Requirements:
So, what is it we're looking for? Well, since this is a Sales Manager post, we'd need someone who already has the skills to even call themselves a Manager! In other words, someone who has at least two years of related working experience in Inbound/Outbound/B2B Sales or collections background. Preferably, one that has experience in creating and running outbound campaigns including letters and outbound dialer strategy.
We need someone who's responsible and has a good track record of meeting and delivering targets. Someone with familiarity with basic and advanced sales concepts. We need someone who can multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Someone who can lead and is great in analyzing situations and data.
