Job Summary:As a Outbound Sales Associate with a focus on telemarketing, you will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities and expanding our client base. Your responsibilities will include prospecting, qualifying leads, and initiating outbound calls to potential clients. You will work closely with the Team leader and general manager to identify target markets, develop effective strategies, and promote our products/services.Responsibilities:Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our products/services and generate interest.Identify and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and research.Build and maintain strong relationships with prospect clients Achieve weekly KPIs Keep accurate records of interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new business opportunities.Assist in developing telemarketing scripts, email templates, and sales collateral as needed.Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.• Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or business development role.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport over the phone.• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to convert leads into opportunities.• Results-driven mentality with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle rejection professionally.• Understanding of sales techniques and strategies.Preferred Qualifications:• Experience in B2B sales or selling to specific industries.• Familiarity with outbound calling software and tools.• Knowledge of lead generation techniques and inbound/outbound marketing strategies.• English proficiency for reaching diverse markets.
