We are seeking a motivated and skilled Outbound Sales Representative to join our team in Manila. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a BPO setting, particularly in outbound sales or customer service. This role requires strong communication and sales skills, technical proficiency, and a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying customer needs and offering appropriate solutions.Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.Follow established procedures to ensure high levels of accuracy in processing customer information.Stay up to date with product knowledge and sales techniques to continuously improve performance. Qualifications: Education: College graduate.Work Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a BPO setting, preferably in outbound sales or customer service. Required Skills: English Language Proficiency: Versant test score between 58-65 and above (B2 or B2+ CEFR level).Sales Skills: Strong sales and persuasion abilities to close deals effectively.Technical Skills: Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant tools.Problem-Solving: Ability to handle customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently.Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in processing information and documentation.
