Outbound Live Agents

We are currently seeking for Outbound Sales Agents to join our dynamic team. As an Outbound Sales Agent, you will play a crucial role in promoting our products and services to potential customers, while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to promote Eastlink products and services (Telecom)Build and maintain positive customer relationships over the phoneAnalyze client telecom requirements, and propose solutions to meet their needs (icell phone, internet, home phone & TV7 smart security)Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicatorsProvide accurate and detailed information to customers about our offeringsHandle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns Job qualifications: Must have at least 2 years of tertiary education;Proven experience in sales and telemarketingStrong command of the English language, both verbal and writtenAbility to work independently and as part of a teamGoal-oriented mindset with focus on achieving sales targetsStrong problem-solving and negotiation skillsFlexible and can adapt to change easily;Should have no issues working onsite;Willing to work full-time night shift.
