Outbound Caller/Researcher

Responsibilities
- Make a high volume of daily outbound calls to reach targets
- Identify leads and initiate contact to build sales pipeline
- Pitch products/services and understand customer needs
- Log call outcomes in CRM and follow up appropriately
- Expand call lists through referrals and research

Requirements
- Experience in outbound B2B sales
- Fluent in English
- Skilled at making high volumes of cold calls
- Excellent phone communication abilities
- Active listening and questioning skills
- Persistent follow-up mentality
- Self-motivated to exceed quotas
