Outbound calls for surveys, lead generation, event invitation and/or sales Inbound calls to resolve customer queries or close lead/sales. Data entry to update customer relationship management (CRM) software. Respond to emails Create reports using Microsoft Office and Google Drive Meet service level agreements set forth. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Must be willing to work on-site: Batangas City Typing Speed: at least 40WPM Ability to work under pressure. Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently. Customer orientation and ability to adapt and respond to different types of personalities.
