Orphan Policy Specialist

We are looking for an Orphan Policy Specialist to manage the seamless execution of orphan policy adoptions and transfers within our Retail Distribution channels. This role requires 2 years of experience in data management and insurance processes, with a focus on policy transfers and improvement opportunities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient policy transfers, reduce orphan ratios, and enhance customer satisfaction. Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Excel are essential.
