Organizational Development Trainer

Responsibilities:Facilitate new hire onboarding, soft skills training, and other org-wide development trainingBuild training materials and other learning contents.Administer learning management system.Run leadership development training.Identify development opportunities, and create impactful and meaningful learning sessions.Coach/advise employees and management through sensitive HR issues to resolve conflict and seek workable solutionsEstablish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, management, and various agencies at all levels of the organizationCommitment to lifelong learning through continual improvement, researching/studying disciplines relevant to this position"Qualifications:Bachelor's degree holderAt least 2 years in Organization Development, Global Learning or Capability DevelopmentStrong Facilitation Skills, High Interpersonal Skills & Instructional DesigningExcellent Verbal & Written Communication SkillsHigh creativity, critical thinker, can work independently with minimal supervisionMust be willing to work in Dumaguete
