Assist with performance management procedures.
Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
Experience in Training and Development, and Performance Management is an advantage
Good written and oral communication skills
Can handle group dynamics
