Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Marikina for a Human Resource Manager who will be responsible for managing and overseeing the Organizational Structure and Development of Mr DIY Philippines. The successful candidate will develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business strategy such as Succession Planning, Competency Framework, Gap Analysis, etc. The successful candidate will also collaborate with the leadership team across all functions and serve as a consultant to management regarding human resource-related issues.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, or a related field 4+ years of experience in organizational development Must have previous experience in managing a team Experienced developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives, policy-making and development, performance management, benchmarking and succession planning In-depth knowledge of HR principles and functions including developing programs or projects focused on the organizations structure, job design and processes, and talent management system which typically covers the key aspects of an employees life cycle: selection, development and succession. Experience in retail is required Amenable to report on site (Marikina) Skills
Computer Savvy Multitasking Adaptable and flexible Excellent communication, interpersonal and team management skills Independence: Ability to plan and manage work with minor supervision Ability to plan and manage work under time constraints Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and comply with the company's standards and culture Salary Range: Php 80,000 - 120,000
Office Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
