Organizational Development Head

Duties and Responsibilities Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute an organizational development strategy.Assess current organizational structures and processes; recommend improvements to enhance productivity and employee engagement.Lead initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture, inclusivity, and collaboration.Guide the institution through organizational changes by developing and implementing change management strategies.Provide support and training to employees to help them adapt to changes effectively.Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment of organizational development initiatives with institutional goals.Qualifications Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, Education Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 7 years of experience in organizational development, human resources, or related fields, preferably in the education sector.
