About the role: As the Organization Strategy Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's organizational development and strategic initiatives. You will be responsible for establishing People Culture Unit (PCU)-related strategies and other applicable organizational enablers that align with the company's mission and goals. You will be working closely with senior leadership to align the company's people, processes, and structure with its overall business objectives.
What you'll be doing 1. Strategy Development and Implementation
Collaborate with the Organizational Strategy Group Head to develop, refine, and implement PCU-related strategiesEnsure alignment of organizational strategies with the company's mission and goalsConduct comprehensive organizational assessments to identify areas for improvement and growthDevelop and implement strategic plans to optimize the company's organizational structure, job design, and talent management2. Research and Analysis
Analyse data and metrics to measure the impact of organizational initiatives and recommend data-driven improvementsPerform talent and organization culture trends, competitive analysis, and research (e.g. compensation study) and recommend actions for strategic decisionsUtilize data and analytics to drive strategic initiatives and measure their impact on company performanceMonitor trends and best practices to keep the organization ahead of the curve3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with various departments to ensure cohesive strategy implementationFacilitate communication and alignment between different functional areas of the organizationProvide strategic guidance and support to department heads and team leadersProvide expert guidance on organizational change management and transformation4. Performance Monitoring and Reporting
Prepare and present regular reports on strategy performance to senior managementMentor and develop the organizational development team to build internal capabilities5. Project Management
