Role Description
Guide the development of technical solutions for the client's business
Evaluate organizational needs and recommend suitable technical solutions
Oversee the development, testing, and implementation of software solutions and/or projects
Evaluate organizational needs and pioneer the development of technical solutions and/or transformation
Improve organizational efficiency by applying expert knowledge to resolve complex challenge

Role ResponsibilitiesDeployment of process control framework
Documentation of end-to-end process operating procedures
Perform end-to-end process mapping and propose solutions to eliminate non-value add activities
Collaborate with client COE on process priorities
Drive culture of improvement and innovation amongst IBM delivery team
Identify transformation projects that will take process to best in class
Drive process standardization, simplification and automation
Benchmark performance / Maturity Assessment against industry on regular basis
Provide inputs on tasks that could be centralized based on COE model
