Your 'day to day'
Depending on the Order-to-Cash or OTC pillar assignment, your key responsibilities may fall under one of the below:
1.
Credit-to-Cash
- Conduct customer risk assessment and monitor credit exposure & release processing
- Process various types of collection from customers, such as but not limited to, post matched receipts, follow up on disputed items, queries and issues, communicate & coordinate with relevant parties
- Deal with various sales securities issues & escalate to management as required
- Report trade receivables and factoring
- Create billing documents for customers
- Manage dispatch and archiving of both electronic and paper documents
- Assist finance department with the preparation of financial reports

Order Management
- Create sales orders based on received requests
- Assure correctness and completeness of data in customer's sales order
- Coordinate process and follow-up the demand orders from the PMI markets and third-party customers
- Ensure timely shipments in coordination with planning team and manufacturing centers
- Ensure the reflection of products movements in SAP system in line with financial flows & market specificities
- Monitor loading schedule and shipment plans update

Claims and Deductions
- Analyze and follow up delinquent account balances, process adjustments
- Manage and monitor claims and deductions
- Prepares and process returns & refusals
- Manage dunning - Liaise with debt collection agencies & notify AR team about recovered payments
Who we're looking for
- Proven experience in Sales or Commercial, Supply Chain and Finance - related functions
- Good analytical and research skills & ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent English communication skills to participate in international knowledge sharing and/or migrations

Should be able to communicate in any 1 of the languages**: Japanese, Korean, Thai, Mandarin, Taiwanese
- Proven skill in other Asian local language is definitely an asset
