Job Description
The Order Management Supervisor plays a crucial role in a company's logistics and supply chain operations. This role is instrumental in orchestrating the seamless flow of customer orders from initial placement to final fulfillment. Their core responsibility is to oversee customer sales orders, ensuring the accurate and efficient booking of finished goods sales orders. Additionally, they manage all aspects of order processing, including the timely confirmation and allocation of customer orders
Qualifications
Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in order management, logistics, or supply chain roles.
Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred.
Strong customer service orientation.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Understanding of supply chain and logistics processes.
