Job Description KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead and oversee the efficient processing of international customer orders by supervising a dedicated team.Thoroughly review and validate order details, maintaining a high standard of accuracy and completeness.Collaborate seamlessly with sales, customer service, and logistics departments to proactively address and resolve any order-related discrepancies or issues, ensuring seamless order fulfillment.Management of the international order fulfillment team, providing effective leadership, mentorship, and on-the-job training to enhance team members' skills and performance.Define and establish clear performance targets aligned with departmental and organizational goals, regularly assessing progress, and conducting comprehensive performance evaluations.Cultivate a harmonious and collaborative workplace culture within the team, fostering an environment of open communication, teamwork, and continuous improvement to optimize overall efficiency and morale.Conduct ongoing and thorough analysis of order fulfillment procedures, pinpointing potential areas for enhancement.Formulate and execute strategic process improvements aimed at boosting operational efficiency and minimizing errors.Leverage data-driven insights and analytical tools to inform and guide decisions, ensuring that process modifications are well-informed and aligned with optimization objectives.Guarantee prompt and precise responses to customer inquiries concerning international orders and shipments, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.Address and effectively resolve customer complaints or concerns related to order fulfillment, striving to enhance overall customer experience and retention.Remain up to date on the latest developments in international trade laws, customs regulations, and shipping prerequisites.Oversee and enforce the company's adherence to pertinent international trade laws and regulations, guaranteeing full compliance to avoid legal or operational issues.Compile and deliver routine reports showcasing essential performance metrics pertaining to international order fulfillment.Offer valuable insights and suggestions to management, drawing from performance data to aid informed decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.Other duties as assigned.The Successful Applicant KEY QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.8+ years proven experience in order fulfillment, logistics, or a related role, with a strong understanding of the end-to-end order processing cycle.Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional customer service through accurate and timely order processing and issue resolution.Ability to lead, guide, and mentor a team while fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.Ability to collaborate with external partners, suppliers, and vendors to ensure seamless order fulfillment.Capacity to analyze complex situations, interpret data, and provide strategic recommendations for process improvements.Proficiency in using order management systems, ERP software, and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and operational excellence.Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and convey information clearly.Self-starter, quick learner, cooperative attitude, and team player.Must be fluent in English (oral & written).
