Position Overview: As an Order Fulfillment Specialist at Addium.io, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of customer orders. You will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and shipping orders in a timely manner, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities: · Receive and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
· Pick and pack items from inventory according to order specifications.
· Prepare packages for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
· Utilize shipping software to generate shipping labels and track packages.
· Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the warehouse.
· Collaborate with other team members to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
· Communicate effectively with customers regarding order status and shipping information.
· Assist with inventory management tasks, including restocking shelves and conducting periodic inventory counts.
· Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to order fulfillment and shipping.
Qualifications: · High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
· Previous experience in order fulfillment, warehouse operations, or a similar role preferred.
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to maintain high standards while working efficiently.
· Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· Proficiency with computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office and shipping software (e.g., UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager)
· Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 pounds, and to stand and walk for extended periods.
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members.
· Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
