About the client (AU) Started as an upholstery business in Horsham, Victoria (1958)Furniture manufacturing which produced high quality lounge suites for the Australian domestic market (1983)Begins to import its own ranges of fabric; to increase control over quality and supply, and ensure customers were getting value for money (2009)Large year of growth across the board and the client moves to a larger showroom in the CBD of Horsham and develops a rapid interim housing prototype with Summer Foundation. (2019)Your Primary duties will be ensuring new customer orders are processed, confirmations are sent, special order materials are ordered. Receive orders from Customers and organize them so they are easy to find, none are missed or duplicated.Confirm Receival of ordersCheck order details & communicate with customer if there are any missing detailsEnter order into Nexus and/or systemsExport order to NetSuitePrint Spec Sheet, mark sales order number on the order.Ensure that correct Work orders have been generated from Sales ordersCheck if special fabric or foam is to be ordered, process PO for required materials if any.Update confirmation with ETA once processedSupport with Operations Admin Team with other tasks where time permits. This may include purchasing materials, assisting with production scheduling, invoicing customers.Skills/Experience/Qualifications (REQUIRED) Good Communication SkillsAble to work well as part of a collaborative teamExcellent attention to detailA great attitude and willingness to learnContinuous Improvement MindsetSkills/Experience/Qualifications (PREFERRED) Prior experience working with modern ERP systems.Prior experience in order processing for customized product.Competency in Microsoft officeWork Schedule (Day shift) Monday to Friday (7AM-4PM/8AM-5PM Manila Time)Work Setup (WFH) Permanent HomebasedEquipment will be provided by Outsourced.Candidates are required to have a stable/reliable internet connection at home with at least 20MBPS for BOTH download AND upload speed.
